Join us as we welcome in our newest round of PhD rotation students during this rainy November! Beatriz Severance (left) graduated from Auburn University with a B.S. in Molecular Biology and a M.S. in Plant Pathology. She hopes to enjoy her time in the lab working with our microbiome projects. Amanda Coleman (right) recently graduated from UC Irvine with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and was working in Dr. Travis Huxman’s lab focusing on plant physiology. She plans to enjoy her time in the lab by using clinical samples of pathogenic C. albicans to look at cell adhesion mechanisms. They are both excited to be rotating in the Anderson Lab thanks to the UW-Madison Genetics Rotation Program!
